The Ledezma Family History
Ledezma Muffler Service #1 was founded in 1978 by brothers Mario and Oscar Ledezma. What started with a four poll free standing shack back in the days. The Ledezma family now own 3 stores in Chula Vista, 1 store in Lake El sinore and a couple more from family and friends under different names.
Coming from humbling beginnings the Ledezma’s have been gifted and blessed in many ways. One of their talents can be seen in the automotive industry. From the mid ’60’s early ’70’s the family has always been involved in the automotive industry, whether it might of been welding dune buggies together or putting bigger motors on smaller cars… it has always been a natural passion.
Ledezma Muffler was also involved in the early ’80’s when everyone wanted a lifted truck or a 4×4 conversion, the place to go was Ledezma Mufflers. They would take in an old beat-up truck and turn it to a fine tune machine. As they would start from suspension converting a half-ton pick up to a 3 quater ton truck, rebuilt the engine, install new exhaust system, paint the body, placed new tires & wheels and believe me, you were looking at a complete new awesome truck.
